1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Opintu mobile application and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eltroit Pvt Ltd, the parent company operating Opintu.

2. Service Description

Opintu provides doorstep car and bike care services including but not limited to:

• Car washing and cleaning services
• Interior detailing services
• Bike washing and detailing services
• SOS quick assist services (battery check, jump start, etc.)
• Add-on services as listed in the application

All services are provided by trained and verified professionals at your chosen location.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Opintu services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• All information provided during registration is accurate and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information

4. User Account

To use Opintu services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Booking and Service Delivery

5.1 Service Booking

• All bookings must be made through the Opintu mobile application
• Service availability depends on location and professional availability
• You must provide accurate location and contact information
• You must provide 2 buckets of water for car wash services

5.2 Service Timing

• Service duration estimates are approximate and may vary
• Professionals will arrive within the scheduled time slot
• Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occur

5.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel bookings up to 2 hours before scheduled time
• Cancellations within 2 hours may incur cancellation charges
• Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Service Charges

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Final amount includes all applicable taxes
• No hidden charges - what you see is what you pay

6.2 Payment Methods

• Payment must be made through the app using approved methods
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Digital Wallets
• Payment is processed securely through certified payment gateways
• Cash payments are not accepted

6.3 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon service completion
• Failed transactions will result in service suspension until payment is received
• All transactions are final unless refund policy applies

7. User Responsibilities

As a user of Opintu services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle information
• Ensure vehicle is accessible at scheduled time
• Provide 2 buckets of water for wash services
• Ensure safe working environment for professionals
• Treat service professionals with respect
• Not misuse or abuse the service or platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm service professionals
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate pricing or ratings
• Reverse engineer or copy the application
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Opintu, including but not limited to:

• The Opintu name, logo, and trademarks
• Application design, layout, and user interface
• Text, graphics, images, and other content
• Software, code, and technology

Are owned by Eltroit Pvt Ltd and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. The Opintu name and logo are registered trademarks of Eltroit Pvt Ltd.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Opintu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for damages to vehicles due to pre-existing conditions
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results from our services
• Availability of services in all locations
• Compatibility with all vehicle types

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eltroit Pvt Ltd, Opintu, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you provide through the platform

13. Privacy

Your use of Opintu is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the application. Your continued use of Opintu after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to services immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abusive behavior towards professionals
• Non-payment for services
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

17. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at support@opintu.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
